Servo drives work independently to control each station with remarkable accuracy and work together to coordinate the synchronized motion. It replaced the market with almost gear/ chain transmission and cam design paper cup machines it provides flexibility, speed, affordable capital cost, and low maintenance.Newsmart-200 changed the working procedure of bottom sealing. First Leister hot air preheats the cup body, then the cup bottom paper comes. This procedure makes fast sealing while the hot and cold paper touched each other. Then the second Leister hot air heats the bottom to go next knurling process. It makes the paper cup bottom seal more firmly while the machine runs at high speed. The traditional paper cup machine does the double bottom heating after the bottom paper come to the cup body. Newsmart-200's new design makes the bottom knurling much better.
