It is mainly applicable to special automatic processing equipment for dovetail, pigeon tail and straight groove processing at both ends of the insulation block of 110kV-1100kV transformer winding. Changing the process of punch machining in the past, using the forming milling cutter to form directly at one time, and milling groove, roughening and rounding are completed in one step. The processed products have no burr and need no grinding, and can withstand high-pressure tests. It is especially suitable for the processing of large transformer cushion blocks above 110kV. The product is optimized to improve work efficiency and improve power consumption, making the cost performance of the equipment more reasonable. The equipment is fully enclosed with a transparent viewing window.
