It uses high-energy laser beams to form permanent, high-precision marks on the surface of high-hardness materials. It is suitable for marking information such as brand logos, batch numbers and production dates, ensuring product traceability and quality management in high temperature and harsh environments.3.MicrowaveThe microwave section uses Siemens system, which is convenient for communication and connection with other equipment in the factory, and is easy to maintain. The microwave section consists of multiple independent microwave cavities with a hexagonal structure. The ceramic forms a complete air duct with hot air inside the cavity. It can accurately control the temperature, humidity, and wind speed during the drying process.7.Weighing and testingIn the production line, the weighing and code scanning testing station plays a vital role. This station integrates high-precision weighing equipment and fast code scanning technology to achieve double verification of the product. When the product arrives at this station, the weighing equipment first accurately measures its weight to ensure that it meets the production specifications; then, the code scanning equipment quickly scans the QR code or barcode on the product to read and verify the product's identity information, batch number and other key data.
