Product Description Product DescriptionThe horizontal ribbon blender is a common industrial mixing equipment. It consists of a U-shaped or O-shaped container, transmission parts and spiral ribbon agitator blades. Under the action of the paddle, the material has both circular and axial movements. Convection mixing, shear mixing and diffusion mixing are generated according to the movement state of the material. Due to the high-speed rotation, the agglomerates of the material can be dispersed and an ideal mixing effect can be achieved. The positive and negative rotating screw bars are installed on the same horizontal axis to create a mixing environment that is low in power consumption and high in efficiency. The spiral ribbons are generally made in two or three layers. The outer spiral gathers the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the materials from the center to both sides, which can make the materials form more eddies in the flow, speed up the mixing speed and improve the mixing uniformity.
