Product Description Product DescriptionFinished sanitary ware packaging and inspection producing line is a set of automatic intelligent visual identity inspection system which integrates firing products unloading, logistics transportation, product image classification, appearance inspection, water flush test and leakage test, soaked into water test and so on. Equipment technical process and online inspection station can be customized according to customer process requirements, production capacity and site requirements. It can connect with MES system of factory, make data online in real time, and facilitate production management.It is suitable for sorting, conveying and function testing of finished sanitary ware products such as one piece toilet, two piece toilet, washbasin, washbasin pedestal, urinal, squatting pant and water tank. It has a high degree of automation, high efficiency, in line with the current national development trend of environmental protection, energy saving, emission reduction and efficiency improvement. After the graded inspection is completed, the product is transported onto the pallet located in pallet-return elevator, each pallet contains the RFIK chip. The detection system at the pallet-return elevator position reads the product information and then transports the product to the separate inspection conveyor line.2. After the product and pallet are aligned and positioned at the alignment station before passing through the leakage inspection machine (both the pallet and the product need to be aligned in the width direction of the conveyor line), the leakage inspection machine is implemented for the two products together to stop the product and do leakage test. After the inspection is completed, mark the unqualified product and mark it on the chip (when the information read by the system is the unqualified product, the following station does not test the product), if the product is qualified, transport The line stopper falls and the product is released.3. In the same way, when all inspection procedures are completed (manually controlled by the position stopper of the manual water flush tester), the product is manually transported from the pallet-return elevator to the re-inspection station to re-inspect the product.4. After the re-inspection is completed, manually use the elevator to pack the box. After the box is packed, the product is automatically sealed. After the box is sealed, the product is transported to the designated area and the data is transmitted to the machine, waiting for the robot to pick up the product for stacking operation (in this process, automatic scanning code to identify Product, distinguish the product category and whether it needs to be over-turned), the product information is erased when the product pallet is returned and transported to the bottom pallet-return line by the pallet-return elevator, and finally returned to the pallet-return elevator at the sorting position to wait for the next product Online, this is the process flow of the toilet inspection conveyor line.Features of side roller conveyor line:1. The conveyor chain adopts a short-pitch side roller chain with a pitch of 19.05mm. The chain links are specially heat-treated to increase strength and reduce stretching.2. The chain guide rail adopts an open type aluminum profile with stretched self-made mold structure, which is convenient for dust cleaning, beautiful and durable.3. Transition rollers are used for the transition section connected by the chain to reduce vibration and increase stability.4. The PLC controller and main electrical components reserve 20% of the space to facilitate process commissioning, debugging and adjustment.5. The standard RITTAL control cabinet is adopted to ensure the tightness of the electric control cabinet and the safe operation of electrical components.6. The PLC controller adopts the SIEMENS 1500 type componets with self-check function. If the motor is overloaded during the operation of the whole line, or the main electrical execution element failure occurrence, the system will give an alarm and show where the fault is.7. The actuators of water, gas, and electricity are equipped with communication devices, which are convenient for mastering and analyzing data.8. The PLC controller adopts the original Germany SIEMENS parts, the frequency converter adopts the OMRON brand parts, the pneumatic components such as stoppers adopt the AIRTAC brand parts.
