Product Description Product DescriptionPlastic pallet press machine also called plastic pallet machine, plastic pallet moulding machine, is a new type of one time forming machine producing plastic pallets.Plastic pallet machines mainly use recycled waste plastics of various materials and chemical properties to produce plastic pallets. Usually, the recycled waste plastics need to be cleaned and crushed to remove impurities in the waste plastics. The waste plastics are extruded into a molten state through the screw in the barrel of the plastic extruder, and the molten plastic is formed into a plastic pallet in the plastic pallet molding machine. There are many types of plastic pallets, and many types of plastic pallet products can be produced by customizing different plastic press molds.Working Principle The raw materials of the plastic pallet machine can be plastics such as PP, LDPE, PVC, HDPE, PET, or most waste plastics and composite materials. During the production and processing process, the raw material cost is lower than that of traditional plastic pallets, and the processing cost is also 50% lower than that of traditional plastic pallets. In addition, the production process of molded plastic pallets has very low requirements for raw materials. Various waste plastics and composite materials can be recycled and reused through plastic molding machines, which can greatly reduce the cost of producing plastic pallets.The whole machine of the plastic pallet press consists of a hydraulic system, an electrical system, a mold part, and a structural frame part. The hydraulic system provides sufficient hydraulic power for the plastic pallet press to produce plastic pallets, and the electrical system controls the operation of the entire machine. The mold is the core part of the pallet compression molding machine. The molten plastic is cooled and pressurized in the mold, and finally formed into a molded plastic pallet. The molded plastic pallet can be taken out and stacked by a manipulator to achieve automated production.
