The main drive of this furnace is equipped with protective emergency manual glass release function in case of power failure and automatic alarm in case of insufficient voltage and failure.The air quenching adopts four different angles with a width of 50 mm. When the aluminium alloy air quenching 4 mm glass, the air pressure in the passage period is about 6500 PA (about 8000 PA is needed for narrow air quenching), so that the glass flatness can be easily controlled and the blower current can be reduced, thus saving electricity and controlling the glass flatness easily.
