Product Description Product DescriptionThe Dust-free feeding station for Small Bags is designed to separate the dust when material is poured into the station from bags and other containers,while the dust can be sucked into the filteration unit under the negative pressure of fan,then the material will fall into the storge bin by gravity.The whole dust-free feeding station consists of fan,filter unit,anti-blow air bag,dumping platform ,direct discharge sifter,vibration motor and control panel etc.The small bag dust-free feeding station is designed to be used in conjuction with mixer,ribbon blender,vibration sieve,packing machine etc through conveyor such as belt conveyor,vacuum conveyor,screw conveyor.Advantages1.Unique design of dust-free feeding station guarantees the dumping station can be connected with different machine.2.Dust free system always avoid environmental pollution.3.Simple operation for worker.4.The dust-free feeding station is strictly following the related industrial standards. Working Process- The operator places the material bag/barrel at the feeding port.
