The wheels are differ in size, preventing glass damage caused by stuck the bearing.The new coating detection technology can automatically identify the front and back sides of LOW-E glass and coated glass. Once the glass is reversed, the transmission stops. It uses the transfer pause function. When the large glass is loaded, the conveyor can be stationary.The conveyor stick is made of pure rubber. It is durable and will not cause secondary damage to the glass surface. Floating design of transmission structure fits for cleaning glass between 3-18mm. It also adopts the intelligent frequency system.02 Cleaning Section The upper and lower parts are welded with 8mm-10mm thick stainless steel plates, and all internal parts are made of stainless steel, which is durable and corrosion-resistant.The cleaning section is divided into a washing system and a drying system and has a dual heating function which accelerates the process of glass washing and drying. The unique drying design improves the drying effect and reduces energy consumption. The bristle brush is made of nylon genuine leather bristles with a diameter of 200mm. It can be used to clean single silver glass, double silver glass and LOE-W glass.The brush bearing adopts a special structure, which can effectively prevent the bearing damage caused by water ingress.The water nozzle adopts a installation layout of front 4 rear 4 to ensure that the glass can be processed cleaner.The brush of the washer is controlled by 6 independent motors, which can be cross-adjusted when the brush wears out. Later maintenance is more convenient. The inclined air knife structure is integrally formed by aluminum profiles. The large air volume and uniform air output ensure that it is able to dry the glass quickly.The air knife bracket is made of aluminum alloy. The air knife will open and close automatically according to the thickness of the glass. When drying laminated insulating glass as well as ordinary insulating glass, the efficiency of air knives is greatly improved. The fan is equipped with an automatic damper function. The damper closes automatically when the conveyor wheel is stopped.
