PLC program Logic Controller, which allows multiple functions such as automatic machine start and shut down; Ice falling automatically when the freezing time is ensured, Automatic water making up.5. Rotating Driver Ice Cutter: Stainless steel 304 Ice Cutter Blade run by medium speed gear motor.6. Special ice outlet. Ice discharging automatically, No need taking ice by hand which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary, meanwhile, it is matched with ice packing system to package the ice by plastic bags.Usually, our tube ice machine adopt water cooling way, so a cooling tower is equipped with. Cooling tower is a device that uses water as circulating coolant to absorb heat from the system and discharge it into the atmosphere to reduce the water temperature(only for tube ice machine with water cooling way). If you want air cooling way, we also can design.About Our Installation:All the necessary parts such as water pipes, water pumps and other accessories are offered free of charge when delivery.Operational manual and video will be offered to guide the installation.1. If you will install the machine by yourself, we will provide the installation guidance step by step until you installed the machine successfully.2. If you need our engineer to assist the installation, provide technical support and train your workers on site. 1) You should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer. 2) Before our engineer arrived at your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery. 3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, you should afford the cost, such as water pipes. 4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project. 5) Free of charge for one week. Any delay due to your reason, USD100/day for one person as installation fee will be charged from the 8th day. About Our After-sales Service: We offer one year warrant and lifetime maintenance.We have a professional after-sales team to service you.If you want to set up an ice factory, then you may also need the following equipments. We can provide one-stop solution, provide all the equipments mentioned below. Besides, site layout plan can be provided to help you build your ice plant.RO Water FilterIf your tube ice is for drinking, then the water to make ice should be clean and healthy water. You can use RO water filter to purify water if the local water quality don't meet the edible standard.Electronic Scale and SealerIf you need to pack the ice bags for selling, then you need an electronic scale and sealer. Electronic Scale: 100kg high-precision industrial digital electronic scale.Sealer: foot pedal sealer, easy to control and operate.Cold RoomThe ice should be stored in cold room or freezer before selling. Our cold room can be designed according to your need, including size, temperature, door, etc.Fully Automatic Packing MachineAutomatically finishing the entire procedures, indcuding ice feeding, weighting, making bag, filling, sealing, printing, punching (optional) and counting.Ice pack can be 1kg to 10kg per bag.
