Product Description Product Details Thermojinn Flake Ice Evaporator:ThermoJinn flake ice evaporator produce fresh, clean & dry flake ice. Flake ice is flat, thin pieces of ice (1.5 - 2.2 mm), that are produced on a vertical drum. Flake ice is formed on the inner surface of the drum by pouring a film of water over it, then contact freezing it into a piece of ice. This ice is sub-cooled in order to make it brittle, and then cracked off by an ice blade, resulting in the ice falling into the storage bin.
