Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.Section02:Glass Washing and Drying sectionStainless steel material and corrosion-resistant material adopted for all washing area, water tank, and waterway system.The 3 pairs brushes are driven by 3motors independently, which will not affect the other motors working when any of them has problems.Section03: Conveyor sectionAdopts 2 motors to drive the transmission section. Two small glasses can be parked at the same time to improve work efficiency.Section04:The lights inspection and aluminum spacer locating sectionBe made of aluminum-alloy profiles, with beautiful appearance. The back plate is equipped with a movable door (with lock), which is convenient for workers to enter and check the cleaning condition of the glass back side. High quality LED lamps be adopted for light inspection, energy saving.Section06: Inside assembly & panel press with gas fillingDenser steel frame for a stronger machine body.The panel press is controlled by Servo motor.Section07: Unloading sectionThis section is used to transmit and store the glass to improve the work efficiency.When connect with sealing robot, this section can store glass units.1. When the machine is power on, the WONDEC logo lights up.2.The panel press is controled by the machining center, and the flatness is extremely high, ensures the pressing effect.3. Additional height measuring auxiliary section in the entrance of panel press section, which is equipped with 10 height measuring photoelectric units, they are used to roughly calculate the height of the glass.4. An encoder is used to measure and calculate the length of the glass to activate the corresponding gas filling nozzles, and to positioning the moveable sealing baffle.
