This kind of machine has the features of big crushing ratio,continuous operating, even granularity, automated hydraulic clearing system, high capacity, simple structure and low operating cost, suited perfectly for middle and fine crushing.Working PrincipleWhen the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (single-cylinder cone crusher) works, the motor drives the pinion gear of the crusher, the pinion gear drives the large gear, and the large gear assembly (large gear, large gear holder, eccentric steel bushing) drives the eccentric bushing assembly (eccentric cylinder bushing, eccentric copper bushing) and the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone, inner cone liner) with the theoretical vertical line as the center, and the main shaft assembly in the eccentric copper bushing with the main shaft The spindle assembly can realize the rotation by the center line of the spindle. When the machine is running empty, the eccentric bushing assembly "holds" the main shaft assembly and rotates along with the large gear. When the material is added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone) slowly rotates inside the eccentric bushing under the resistance of the material. The trajectory of the inner cone appears to swing back and forth in the crushing chamber while slowly rotating, and the material is crushed by the swinging inner cone. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is pressed by the hydraulic cylinder. When unbreakable objects such as metal blocks fall into the crusher, the moving cone of the single cylinder is held up by the hydraulic piston at the bottom, which plays the role of discharge port adjustment and over-iron protection, repeatedly rising and falling to exclude blocked ore.Advantage 1.
