Product DescriptionThe machine is mainly used for forming and stamping large sheet shell such as titanium, stainless steel plate heat exchanger plates. It also can be used for forming large cover parts. Advantages of PressThe series of machine is designed with the structure of pre-tension wire wound frame and cylinder, which has the advantages of reasonable force state, compact structure, high fatigue strength, long service life, and accurate pressing accuracy.The mechanical part of the main machine is composed of integral cast steel, high-strength alloy forged steel material and high-strength steel wire.The electrical control system adopts Siemens PLC button touch screen centralized control, which can realize two modes of operation: manual and semi-automatic within the specified range of the process.The hydraulic press has the advantage of stable operation, good reliability, reasonable layout and novel structure. It has a temperature alarm device, and a cooler interface is reserved to ensure the normal use of the equipment within the allowable temperature.To improve the work efficiency, the hydraulic press can be equipped with an automation connection interface, which can be easily connected to an automated robot or a loading and unloading truss for fully automatic plate pressing and production, and can supervise and organize the data to achieve intelligent control.
