Y33 Series Upward Knocking Type Hydraulic Press Characteristics This series of hydraulic press has two kinds of structure with three-beam four-columns and framework type.The structure design is done with 3-D modeling &finite analysis software,featuring reasonable,high strength,high safety coefficient.The main cylinder is fixed in the lower beam with the upper pressing direction.According to requirements of process,the stroke and pressure can be adjusted,as well as pressure holding time.Equipping with cartridge valve integrated unit,the hydraulic control system has these advantages as follows:high reliability,durability,and universalization degree,compact structure,convenient for maintenance.Electrical system adopts the centralized button control system based on PLC,which is easy to operation and troubleshoot.Three operation modes are provided on the control panel:adjustment,two-hand single cycle and pedal single cycle.Thanks to the simple and compact structure design of this hydraulic press,the using space is less than other types.And the pressure grows quickly and stably after die clamping.This is a high efficient press,whose working speed can be compare favourably with mechanical press by adding accelerating device.
