Product Description QVC series stainless steel Vacuum conveyor for powder/granule Main introduce: The vacuum feeding machine manufactured by our company is a newly developed product which is the most advanced, ideal vacuum conveying equipment for conveying powder material, granular material, mixture of powder and granular material . It can not only automatically convey a variety of materials to the mixing machine, packing machine, injection molding machine, and grinder but also directly deliver the mixed materials to the mixing machine such as v-type mixing machine, two dimensions mixer and three dimensions mixer. It can reduce the labor intensity and prevent the dust overspill. Pharmaceutical factories and food factories can use it to promote clean production and pass the GMP certification. Specification: The vacuum feeding machine consists of vacuum pump(oil-free or water-free, ), vacuum hopper, filter(polyester coated, pe, 316L stainless, titanium),compressed air anti-blowing device,pneumatic feeding door device, automatic material level control device, stainless suction nozzle, conveying hose. The whole equipment is well designed and manufactured. Note:The data based on when the conveying distance is 4 meters and the materials is flour.The longer the conveying tube,the lower the capacity,the capacity also has relationship with the characteristic of conveying materials.Working principle: Pneumatic vacuum feeding machine conveys materials by using the high vacuum produced when the compressed air goes through the vacuum generator. It does not require mechanical vacuum pump. It has the favorable features of a simple structure, small size, maintenance-free, low noise, convenient control and elimination of materials static and in accordance with the GMP requirements, etc. Vacuum generator generates high vacuum in order to avoid the stratification of the conveyed materials and ensure the homogeneity of the mixed materials. It is the first choice to automatically load materials to equipment such as tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry type granulator, packing machine, grinder, vibrating sifter, etc.When compressed air goes through the Vacuum generator, vacuum generators produce negative pressure to form the vacuum airflow, and thus materials are sucked into suction nozzle and reach the chamber of feeding machine through the suction tube. The filter separates materials from air completely. when the chamber is full of materials, the controller will automatically cut off the gas source and vacuum generators stop working. At the same time the chamber door opens automatically and materials fall into the hopper of equipment. Meanwhile, compressed air cleans the filter automatically through the pulse back-flushing valve.
