De-icing process: When de-icing is required, the high-pressure superheated gas discharged from the compressor is introduced into the upper part of the evaporator, and the liquid refrigerant is discharged from the bottom of the evaporator under the action of pressure. Subsequently, the gaseous refrigerant is introduced into the bottom of the evaporator to heat the ice-making tube cluster, causing the ice strips in the tube to slide downward after being heated.
