It is mainly used for chemical materials, traditional Chinese medicine containing tree roots, branches, and block materials, various grains with low oil content, grains and other hard and brittle materials. This machine utilizes the relative high-speed operation between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush the crushed material through the impact, friction, and collision of materials between the toothed discs. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber and discharged through the discharge port. Generally, the crushed material needs to be collected through a cotton bag. The crushed material is collected in the bag, and air comes out from the small holes in the bag, without discharging the fine powder, thus achieving the effect of no waste and no pollution. The particle size is determined by replacing screens with different mesh numbers. This machine has a simple and sturdy structure, smooth operation, fast and even crushing of materials, and good results.
