It is dual-use all-in-one machine with the functions of both simple patching and film patching with creasing. It is equipped with two sets of film unwinding. The innovative film cutting and patching structure enables it to patch two windows in the meantime .Its highest roll cutting speed reaches 20000pcs/h with the highest transverse cutting speed of 10000pcs/h. It has got a number of appearance and utility model patents. The whole machine is equipped with 10 servo motors and 7 stepping motors with full-digital control function All parameters can be fine-tuned during operation. Memory storage of 100 sets of customer order files enables it one key to retrieve the order when meets the repeated products or replacement order with the fastest adjustment time of only 10 minutes. The online diagnostic control function can be an additional option. This machine can realize the double creasing and double cutting on PVC,BOPET,PE,OPP,CPP film with the thickness of 0.05-0.25mm. Automatic paper feeding, gluing, cutting and film patching can all be realized in this machine with the highest running speed of 20000pcs/h.
