It is mainly used for drilling, tapping and milling of workpieces such as steel plates, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing supports. Carbide drills can be used for high-speed drilling with internal cooling. This machine is equipped with KND or Siemens CNC system bus control, convenient operation, can achieve automation, high -precision, multi -variety, small and medium -sized production.PRODUCT FEATURES:The machine is mainly composed of bed, worktable, moving gantry, vertical ram type power head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system and automatic chip removal system. For this series machine, wortbale and gantry they are separately, gantry moving on two bases, this kind struture greatly improve the processing stability and precision, high load-bearing capacity.High quality grey iron CASTING WORKTABLE.The machine bed and worktable are made of high-quality gray iron (HT300), and the stress is removed by two tempering heat treatments. In order to eliminate the resonance generated in the drilling process and prolong the service life of the alloy drill, the independent form of the bed and the worktable is adopted.Automatic chip removal and circulation cooling system reduce the nonproductive time and labor intensity. The operator only need to load and unload work piece and change the drills.Machine use Taiwan BT50 spindle, internal cooling type, high accuracy spindle. It can use carbide drill. Machine also adopts pneumatic tools cylinder, to make tools change more easier. The big power main spindle motor is driven by servo synchronization belt. This is can bear big scope of rotation speed.
