Ensure that water, electricity and gas are available, and confirm that the safety door and the photoelectric sensor alarms have been deactivated.2. In manual mode of the robot, move the robot cursor to the alarm area and press the "All Confirm" button to confirm that the welding enablement is turned on (the blue button at the lower left corner of the teaching box screen is not in the crossed-out state).3. On the robot teaching box, select the input/output interface, check whether the working and completion signals of the robot have been reset. If not, reset them; then set the status selection switch on the robot teaching box to the automatic position.4. Press the alarm reset button on the main operation console, and set the manual/maintenance/automatic selection switch to the automatic position.5. Confirm whether the program pointer on the teaching box is pointing to the CELL main program.6. Connect the servo power supply: Press the servo power-on button on the operation box to simultaneously turn on the servo power supply of the turret, and the corresponding green servo power indicator light will be on. Ensure that the red alarm reset light is extinguished. If it is not extinguished, press this alarm reset button a few times.7. Press the start button (2 seconds), and the corresponding indicator lights will light up simultaneously.
