It has digital display speed regulation, microcomputer amplitude modulation, simple, fast, reliable and accurate control mode, automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing folding, automatic counting and automatic stacking output, with an average box gluing speed of 150 sheets/min, a maximum speed of 220 sheets/min and a maximum speed of 600 nails. High efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection are our highest pursuit.With reference to European standards, the electrical appliances of the whole machine are designed and produced with the concept of safe and reliable work and convenient operation and maintenance. It adopts color touch man-machine interface and Panasonic master PLC control, which is convenient to operate and humanized. Both the touch man-machine interface and master PLC have reserved program upgrade interfaces to facilitate future equipment upgrade. The main motor of the whole machine has variable frequency speed regulation, stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving (about 30% power saving), and fully protects the motor (when the voltage is too high or too low, when the motor is overheated or the current is too large, the inverter automatically gives an alarm and stops moving, and the corresponding alarm code is displayed). Siemens AC contactor is used in all contactors for controlling the motor of the whole machine, and thermal overload relay is installed to protect the motor when the motor is overloaded.
