Product DescriptionSngle Arm/ C Frame Hydraulic PressSingle-arm hydraulic press is mainly applied to metal products stretching, molding and pressing process, also can process non-metallic materials, powder metallurgy products pressing, shaft parts of the correction, set of parts of the press and metal products shaping, trimming and other processes. This series of presses is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control system, adopting centralized control by push button, which can realize two kinds of molding processes, namely, fixed range and fixed pressure, and has the functions of pressure display and stroke, pressure adjustment, and so on. And the series comes with four-column guide column guide, thus improving the precision of the products. Moreover, the columns and piston rods are quenched and plated with copper and hard chrome to ensure the wear resistance and high roughness of the surfaces, and the oil inlet of the oil pump is equipped with a unique filtering device to ensure the service life of the oil pumps and valves. The oil circuit connection adopts imported high-pressure hose, which greatly reduces the noise of the machine. In addition, according to the requirements of users, another configuration of imported PLC, grating protection and human-machine interface (touch screen) and other advanced components.
