Pre-weld cleaning: Clean the area within 100mm around the part's bevel with acetone, and clean the 20mm area with a steel wire brush.2. Trim the welding part with wire cutters, and fix the two ends of the single wire on the two electrodes.3. Select the welding power supply: Use high voltage for large-diameter wires and low voltage for small-diameter wires.4. Adjust the welding current to the appropriate gear.5. Program teaching: On the robot teaching box, select the input/output interface, check whether the working and completion signals of the robot are reset. If not reset, reset them; then set the status selection switch on the robot teaching box to the automatic position.6. Confirm that the program pointer on the teaching box points to the CELL main program.7. Connect the servo power supply: Press the servo power-on button on the operation box to simultaneously turn on the positioning machine servo power supply. The corresponding green servo power indicator light will be on, and ensure that the red alarm reset light is off. If it is not off, press the alarm reset button a few times.8. Press the start button (2 seconds), and the corresponding indicator lights will light up simultaneously.
