The bottles are automatically unscrambled from the bottle unscrambler, and the double bottles enter the turntable. After the bottles are detected, they are automatically double-headed filled, and then double-headed filled again at the next station. After filling, the caps are automatically unscrambled (the cap unscrambler is a waterfall cap unscrambler), the caps are automatically taken out, the caps are automatically servo-screwed, the transparent full label is automatically affixed, the box is automatically unpacked, the box is automatically packed, and the box is automatically sealed. The part in contact with the material is made of 316 material, with a high-level hopper, the material belt has a liquid level detection system, and cooperates with a replenishing pump to realize the automatic replenishment function of the hopper when it is short of material.e. The capping machine adopts a lifting capping machine, the cap storage hopper can hold 2,000 caps, and can be replenished every 20 minutes. The capping and capping part adopts a cam to automatically grab the cap and automatically cap, servo capping, and the capping force is adjustable.f. It has the functions of no filling without bottle, no cap without capping, and no cap detection. 6.
