Product Description Automatic Cup Instant Noodles Packing Machine Paper Cup Sealing MachineThe equipment is mainly used for cup instant noodles, full automatic cup and noodles feeding, filling, detecting, weighing and rejecting, then conveying for carton packaging. The whole machine adopts imported PLC, servo motor, pneumatic components, and detection components to ensure reliable and stable operation of the equipment. Machine IntroductionThe PJZN-6 series semi-automatic instant noodle bowl capping machine is a linear step-by-step capping device suitable for prefabricated paper cups. The equipment with a standard frame is applicable to cups with a diameter of 100-150mm. It is used for capping products such as paper bowls/cups and plastic bowls/cups. The equipment is mainly composed of the following functional parts: (1) Automatic lid suction and placement device. (2) Transmission and template traction system. Includes a linear stepping system composed of a drive servo motor/reducer/transmission device, traction transmission chain/guide rail, motion positioning device, template/mold carrier, etc. (3) Automatic sealing system. Mainly composed of a PID intelligent temperature control system, sealing cylinder, and sealing aluminum mold. and each capping head has independent temperature control. (4) Automatic cup discharging device, which ensures upright output of cups and can be connected to the production line. (5) Electrical control system. Composed of control circuits, power supply circuits, electrical protection, fault alarm prompts, safety emergency stop devices, etc. (6) Pneumatic system: Composed of pneumatic three-piece units, electronically controlled directional valves, air circuits, and connectors, etc. (7) Frame and main materials: The frame of the equipment is welded from carbon steel, treated with anti-rust processing, and wrapped with stainless steel plates. The upper sealing mold is made of aluminum alloy. Other components of the equipment are made of materials that comply with food hygiene standards.
