Materials pass through the feeding device into the first bin of the ball mill spirally and regularly via the hollow shaft. The first bin has ladder plate or corrugated plate inside which has installed steel balls with different specifications.The cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force to raise the steel balls up and then to fall from a certain height, thus generating the force to impact and grind the materials. After the coarse grinding in the first bin, the materials enter into the second bin via the single deck bulkhead. This bin covered with a flat liner plate with steel balls inside will do further grinding of the materials. Powdery materials are discharged through the unloading grate board.
