Cooling machineThe main engine supplies power needed for activating strong magnetic field; The cooling machine is for coolimg the magnetizing coil because the coil's temperature will rise during magnetization process.The magnetizing table/fixture is usually designed according to the magnet component or assembly customer wants to magnetize.Main EnginesMain Features:(1) Rapid charge/discharge, high efficiency.(2) Non-polarity capacitors are adopted. They have long service life.(3) Less energy consumption, remarkable energy saving.(4) Stepless voltage regulating, high in reliability.(5) Automatic overload protection.(6) The voltage of the capacitor bank can release automatically when you stop the machine.(7) The machine adopts large current magnetizing method and can produce a strong magnetic field. It can magnetize a variety of materials of different sizes, such as ferrite, NdFeB, AlCoNi and other rare earth materials.(8) Multi-use, high flexibility.
