Product DescriptionMain ProductsProduct DescriptionFluidized bed jet mill is a dry pulverization equipment that uses supersonic airflow to achieve ultrafine pulverization of materials. The specific process includes:The material is fed into the silo through the star valve, and the screw feeder feeds the material into the crushing chamber or directly into the crushing chamber.The supersonic jet generated by the rapid expansion and acceleration of the compressed air through the crushing nozzle forms a centripetal reverse jet flow field at the bottom of the crushing chamber, which fluidizes the material at the bottom of the grinding chamber.The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, resulting in violent impact, collision, friction and crushing.The crushed material moves to the upper part of the crushing chamber with the rising air flow, and the coarse particles fall back to the lower part of the grinding chamber under the action of gravity, and the fine powder moves to the upper turbine classifier with the air flow.In the flow field generated by the high-speed turbine, the coarse particles are thrown to the vicinity of the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force, and fall back to the lower part of the grinding chamber with the stalled coarse powder for further crushing.The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements passes through the grading plate flow channel and is transported to the cyclone separator through the exhaust pipe as a product collection.
