Product Description Product DescriptionHigh-performance KWLW centrifuges are used for highly efficient solids separation, barite regeneration in oil and gas drilling and for use in conjunction with chemical dosing unit in separation process after vertical cuttings dryer and spent drilling fluid clarification. With reasonable oilfield design and strong production material, KWLW Series decanter centrifuge can work perfectly to achieve these operation purpose.FHD(Fully hydrauli drive) centrifuge is driven by fully hydraulic power. Kingwell FHD centrifuge is equipped with Viscotherm and ROTODIFF from Switzerland, which are leading brand for centrifuge hydraulic driving system. The advantage of the FHD centrifuge is for using in high temperature ambient for heavy mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. The compact one skid design makes it easier for rig up.KSLW Decanter Centrifuge can be used for onshore drilling and offshore drilling rig platform. Kingwell 14 inch (355mm) diameter bowl high-speed decanter centrifuge which has a length over diameter ratio of 3.5:1 with high speed up to 3900 RPM. The centrifugally casted stainless steel SS316L bowl and the tungsten carbide hardened tiles on the conveyor maximize the KWLW35 centrifuges operational service life between overhauls. All bearings fitted to the KWLW35 centrifuge are SKF/FAG premium brand bearings for extended service life and reliable operation.
