The process involves material formulation, wet grinding, drying, pressing, sintering, and finally machining. The choice of materials and manufacturing process characteristics allow tungsten carbide bushings to operate efficiently in high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments, offering excellent wear resistance and long service life.
