Product Description The Rubber Non-magnetic CentralizerAccording to the requirements of our customers, specified parts for the MWD system are focused on the research and development. The centralizer was one of them and it was composed of two parts: anti-corrosive, abrasion resistant, non-magnetic alloy body and strong abrasion resistant elastomer coated over the body. The Specified vulcanization process was laid down in order to keep the elastomer layer stick firmly with alloy body under harsh environment with high downhole temperature and high speed drilling mud erosion.According to max operation tempreture:150oC, elastomeric formula was designed and its vulcanization process was planed.The 3-rib CentralizerD(in)2.8152.84533.25L(mm) 165165The size of Bolts mounted on the centralizer generally is the ISO socket head M6.
