The laminating part can choose single screw or twin screw extruder. The embossing system is equipped with engraved steel roller or nickel embossing roller to achieve high texture restoration and tight adhesion of the film layer. The finished release paper is widely used in the texture pressing process of PU/PVC materials. It can completely transfer patterns such as lychee grain, cross grain, and nappa grain to the surface of artificial leather, and is widely used in the field of mid-to-high-end leather products.Machine components1.
