It consists of three parts: washing(heatingwater---sterilized water---pure water), filling and sealing.This production line can be automatically washed, disinfected, filled, capped, counted and output, with completefunctions, novel design, high degree of automation, it is a set of machinery, electricity, gas in one of the drinkingwater barrel equipment.The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. Themain electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic parts adopt products withbrand of AIRTAC. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopts the special technology equipmentfrom American Sprayer Company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure andhigh automatic technology.
