Feeding Link: Biomass pellet fuel is evenly and stably fed into the combustion chamber through a high-precision screw conveying device. This conveying device is precisely controlled by an intelligent control system, which can adjust the feeding speed in real time according to combustion needs to ensure the continuity and stability of fuel supply.2. Combustion Process: The biomass pellets entering the combustion chamber are quickly heated and decomposed in a high-temperature environment, undergoing gasification reaction and releasing combustible gases. At the same time, the burner is equipped with a unique air distribution system, which accurately adjusts the oxygen supply according to the combustion state of the fuel, enabling full mixing of combustible gases and oxygen to achieve efficient and complete combustion, releasing a large amount of heat energy.3.
