Working Principle The linear dewatering screen operates based on the principle of self-synchronization.Two identical eccentric blocks rotate in opposite directions, generating a synchronized excitation force. The direction of this force is fixed at an angle relative to the horizontal plane. At every instant, the centrifugal force components along the vibration direction are reinforced, while the components perpendicular to the vibration direction cancel each other out.This results in a unidirectional excitation force that drives the screen box to perform a reciprocating linear motion, effectively achieving dewatering and material separation.Application of Dewatering ScreenDewatering screens are specialized equipment engineered to efficiently remove excess moisture from materials.
