Features Main TransmissionThe main transmission adopts frequency conversion motor,drive each plate.Features:Saving electricity.No Shaft Plate Mounting MechanismThe plate mounting adopts air cylinder.It pulls the mandrel to realize plate mounting.The cross regulation adopts the screw movement.Features:Reduce the plate changing time,ensure the concentricity, improve the product quality. Ink Scraper MechanismThe scraper can be regulated up and down with angles at will.Its pressure adopts double air-cylinder.The cross movement is realized through three-phase asynchronous motor driving the scarper fulcrum.Features:It extends the life of the plate. Material collecting&Discharging StructureIt adopts double station collecting&discharging racks.It can change the roll and collect the roll automatically.The discharging tension and collecting/discharging traction tension adopts frequency vector control linear speed.Collecting adopts vector frequency control.Features:Accelerate the color register and make it more stable.Ensure the cross printing plate will not run off tracking.It can save material for mass printing.When the feeding speed of ink,solvent and energy reaches 180m/min,the maximum waste of material is about 10 meters which saves 20 meters compared with three motor control model.The savings of ink,solvent and energy reaches about 15% and greatly reduce the cost of main products. Drying Cooling Structure The oven is blown and aspirated by centrifugal fan and the water cooling roller reduces film temperature.The air volume heat circulation is formed inside the oven.The temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller,cooling roller adopts water cooling type to make sure the film cools down.Features:Saving electricity.
