Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionThe HM50A CNC deep hole honing machine is capable of constant-pressure honing. The machine adopts a fixed workpiece design, with the honing head rotating and reciprocating to perform the honing process. This machine is suitable for honing and polishing cylindrical deep-hole workpieces, such as various hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, and other precision tubular components. It achieves IT6–IT7 grade or higher machining accuracy in hole diameter, with a post-polishing surface roughness of Ra0.2–Ra0.4. By utilizing localized honing, it can correct workpiece taper, ovality, and localized diameter errors. For some cold-drawn steel tubes, honing can be performed directly without pre-machining.
