Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionThe Mingde Optoelectronics ore color sorter is specially developed for mining production scenarios. It adopts 32-bit true color image processing technology and can accurately identify the color, light transmittance and other differentiated features of ores. For the working scenarios in mineral processing operations such as large material throughput, wide particle size range, high dust concentration and complex surface roughness, the equipment is equipped with automatic dust removal and automatic spray systems. This not only ensures the accuracy of sorting but also extends the service life of key components. Through a modular structure, efficient sorting from millimeter-sized particles to irregular-shaped ores is achieved, helping mining enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.Working principle1. Use high-brightness LED or laser light source to evenly illuminate the material (such as white light, infrared light or light in a specific band) to ensure accurate color recognition.Capture the color, shape, texture and other characteristics of the material through CCD/CMOS camera or photoelectric sensor to generate high-resolution images or spectral data.2. Transfer the collected image to the computer, compare the standard sample through the algorithm, and identify the heterochromatic particles (such as color, gloss, reflective properties, etc.). Some high-end color sorters can combine infrared/ultraviolet spectra to distinguish internal defects that cannot be identified by the naked eye (such as moisture content, chemical composition differences).3. When unqualified products are detected, the system triggers a high-speed air valve to blow out or separate the heterochromatic particles, and the spray valve response time can reach milliseconds.4. The sorted materials are collected through different channels, and qualified products are automatically separated from unqualified products.
