Product Description Product DescriptionCOMMA BLADE COATING MACHINEThe comma scraper coater is a device used for uniform coating on flat materials, and the comma-shaped coating is formed by the scraper.Comma coating principleThe surface of the round roller is processed into a blade along the generatrix, which is shaped like a comma. Because the rubber surface is squeezed in front of the blade, once the rubber surface of the substrate passes through the blade, it suddenly loses pressure (the pressure drops to zero). Although the rubber surface rebounds (the substrate or adhesive is an elastic body), it will not contact the comma scraper, thus eliminating the sticky marks.During coating, the comma scraper is fixed and does not rotate. The notched edge of the scraper faces the tangent point of the coating roller or the backing roller, and the coating passing through is scraped to ensure uniform coating. The uniformity of the coating scraping mainly depends on the full runout, cylindricity, and straightness of the blade of the comma scraper. The comma scraper coater is a relatively easy-to-use coating method because of its simple operation and wide range of glue viscosity.
