Rasper machineThe rasper is specialized in the secondary crushing of rubber and the separation of steel wires from tires. It is designed to process pre-shredded tire chips and produce wire-free rubber mulch ranging between 16-32 mm. With a processing capacity of 6 tons per hour, it efficiently handles tire recycling operations. Featuring a main bearing seat with replaceable protective plates, the rasper ensures increased strength and extends service life of the crushing chamber. Its blades are reversible, which can maximize the service life of the blades and minimize operating costs.We offer two blade structures: square knives and serrated knives, allowing customers to choose according to their specific needs. Granulator Our Granulators grind rubber mulch from the rasper into fine granules as small as 1mm. The granules are screened and recirculated until the desired size is achieved. Thanks to our granulator's design and precise blade alignment, it produces uniform, high-quality granules. During this process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving contaminant-free crumb rubber granules ready for further processing or sale. MillerThe Optima Miller is specifically engineered for processing rubber materials to produce powdered products. Granules ranging in size from 1 to 8 millimeters are fed through a feeder into a rotating high-speed serrated disk, resulting in the production of a powder within the desired 20-80 mesh range. The final particle size is determined by an adjustable centrifugal screen.
