Product Description Gear Hobbing Machine Features:It is equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF/H numerical control system, featuring six-axis control, four-axis linkage and vertical layout.The spindle of the hob is directly driven by a servo motor. The workpiece spindle is driven by a servo motor and is decelerated and transmitted through a set of precision gear pairs to increase the output torque.The X and Z linear axes adopt precision grade ball screws and linear roller guides to ensure the positioning accuracy and rigidity of the machine tool.The Y-axis adopts the drive of precise tool passage to achieve uniform wear of the cutting edge and increase the service life of the tool.The hob tool bar is tensioned by a spring and released by hydraulic pressure.
