Product Description Product DescriptionWorking Principle of Aluminum Copper Sorter During operation, the Aluminum Copper Sorter generates a high-frequency alternating magnetic field on the surface of the rapidly rotating magnetic rotor. When non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminum, etc.) pass through this magnetic field, eddy currents are induced within them. These eddy currents, in turn, produce a secondary magnetic field opposite in direction to the original field. As a result, the non-ferrous metals experience a repulsive force from the magnetic field, causing them to be ejected forward along their conveying trajectory.
