Product Description Product DescriptionMud pump is a kind of reciprocating piston pump, which converts the rotary motion of the motor into the reciprocating linear motion of the crosshead and piston through the crank connecting rod mechanism, and compresses the low-pressure mud into high-pressure mud. During the drilling process, the drilling fluid with high viscosity, high specific gravity and high sand content is transported to the bottom of the well at high pressure, which is used to cool the drill bit, flush the bottom of the well, break up the rock, and carry out the rock chips when returning from the bottom of the well, and it is one of the most important technological equipments in the petroleum drilling operation.Mud pump working principle:When the mud pump works, it is driven by the power engine (diesel engine/motor) through the transmission system (pulley/universal shaft) to drive the transmission shaft movement, and the transmission shaft drives the crankshaft to rotate through the gear.When the crankshaft rotates to drive the piston to move to the power end, that is, the piston backward, the liquid cylinder to form a vacuum, the liquid in the suction pool in the liquid surface pressure, the top of the suction valve, into the liquid cylinder, until the piston moves to the right stop, this working process is called the pump suction process.The crankshaft continues to rotate, the piston begins to move towards the hydraulic end, the liquid in the cylinder is squeezed, the pressure rises, the suction valve closes, the discharge valve is opened, and the liquid enters the discharge pipe until the piston moves to the left stop, and this process is called the discharge process of the pump.This process is called the discharge process.
