Product Description Advantage:Good wear resistance with a long life time. High precision in mirror surface.Factory pricingWith strict tolerance extent controlStrictly be tested before they are deliveredA large portion of our customers use our ball and seat products for sucker bar pump applications. We have customers that always ask about the different materials available to increase the life of the ball and seat valves. The three most common materials that we recommend for balls and seats are Tungsten Carbide, Nickel Carbide, and Titanium Carbide.Tungsten Carbide is the industry standard because it has proven itself over and over again. It has excellent wear properties and has a Cobalt binder, but it is slightly more expensive. Nickel Carbide has similar wear properties and has a Nickel binder. It ideal for wet environments because it is not corrosive. Titanium Carbide is also popular because it is a highly alloyed material suitable for all environments. Titanium Carbide has the advantages of being less expensive, easier to manufacture, and weighs considerably less than the other two materials.Quick detail Size Range0.3-92.55mm(OEM or ODM acceptableGradeG10-G1000MaterialNickel binder tungsten carbide, Cobalt binder tungsten carbide, Titanium carbide, high cobalt tungsten carbide, Stellia, ceramic (silicon nitride, zirconia, alumina),Stainless steel.SurfaceHigh precision in mirror surfacePackingVacuum packagingDelivery time15 days On timeProduct description:Nickel Carbide (Nickel Binder) - An excellent durable and tough Ball and Seat for the most corrosive and abrasive well conditions. Nickel Carbide has the toughness of Tungsten Carbide with the corrosion resistance of Nickel. Nickel Carbide is a heavy, non-magnetic material that is extremely hard and works well where weight is needed. Nickel Carbide has a zero to slight magnetic pull.
