Product Description PRODUCTION DESCRIPTIONTK6411C CNC horizontal milling and boring machine is a single column, side hanging box, cross sliding table structure.The rectangular grinding guide pair with widened section is adopted. The imported PTFE special guide surface is adopted. Both sides of the bed are supported by integral inlay rigid auxiliary guide. Small vibration during feed movement, no crawling at low speed, with good precision and stability.The spindle is equipped with a two-stage planetary gear reduction box to provide the most perfect cutting performance of the spindle. The boring shaft adopts Φ130mm spindle, high strength 38CrMoAl alloy steel material, high hardness of secondary nitriding processing technology, high power AC servo spindle motor, spindle system rigidity, strong cutting, high processing efficiency.
