Product Description Screw conveyor with jacketed troughs and hollow auger used for drying slurries biomassOur heating and cooling screw conveyors indirectly transfer heat to or from the product by introducing a heat transfer medium such as cool water, hot oil or steam through a special trough jacket and/or the pipe and hollow flights of the screw conveyor. Achieving the specified exit temperature of the product is accomplished by calculating the surface area of the auger and designing the system flow to match the heat load requirements of the application. A properly designed system will be very cost-effective when compared to other heating and cooling screw conveyors. If the length of U-shaped screw conveyor is less than 35m, it is a single-axis driving screw.2. If the length of U-shaped screw conveyor is greater than 35m, it is a two-axis driving screw.According to the screw conveyor middle hanger bearing type1. M1- is a rolling bearing, adopts type 80000 sealed bearing, and the shaft cap has a dust-proof sealing structure. It is commonly used in areas where it is difficult to refuel, no refueling, or oil contaminates the material. The sealing effect is good, and the hanging shaft has a long service life. Temperature of conveying material ≤ 80°C.2. M2- is a sliding bearing, equipped with a dustproof sealing device, a cast copper tile, an alloy wear-resistant cast iron tile, and a copper-based graphite less oil-lubricated tile. Commonly used in the transmission of material temperature is relatively high (t ≥ 80 °C) or transport water containing larger materials.According to screw conveyor material classification1.
