Compact structure, small size, easy installation and use, simple maintenance, low noise, long life, and multiple safety protection measures.2. Accurate position control, repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.01mm, and adding an external displacement sensor can reach 0.005mm.3. Accurate speed control, the speed waveform can be set arbitrarily to achieve high-speed, stable and impact-free operation, and the control accuracy can reach 0.05%.4. Accurate thrust control, the control accuracy can reach 0.5% after adding an external push-pull force sensor.5. The transmission method of trapezoidal screw, ball screw, and planetary roller screw can be adopted.6.
