Product Description Product DescriptionThe HC series robot arm is used for the finished product and nozzle of each type of plastic horizontal injection molding machine of 350T-4000T. The arm type has single-cut and double-cut type; the auxiliary arm can be used for three-piece film, and the finished product and material are clamped at the same time. Head; the upper and lower strokes are driven by cylinders from 1200-3000mm. The horizontal axis standard is driven by a variable frequency motor and can be driven by an AC servo motor. Up and down, drawing for cylinder drive, saving costs. The upper and lower shafts of the finished arm can be driven by an AC servo motor as needed to increase the efficiency of in-mold gathering. Installation of HC series robots can increase production capacity (20%-30%) and reduce product defect rate.
