Product Description Hospital Central Automatic Gas Supply Equipment/Hospital Central Automatic Solenoid Medical Gas Manifold/Medical Automatic O2/N2O/N2/CO2 Manifold for hospital medical gas pipeline system.A set of Automatic O2 Gas Ganifold consists of:- Main body with regulators & gauges placed in a cabinet/box;- Header;- (OPTIONAL) Pigtails;An Automatic Gas Manifold has an auto-control cabinet/box which maintains automatic switch between two gas sources through pressure differences between the two gas sources.A set of automatic gas manifold has also a manual-switch device so that the gas supply can be not interrupted when the auto control cabinet can't work properly.A set of Hospital Automatic Solenoid Medical Gas Manifold is fully automatic,equipped with gas pressure regulators with LED Display.The solenoid valve technology allows users to eliminate the shuttle valve and it can be realized automatically.A switch does not need operator debugging.In the electrical system power state, it can maintain supplying continuous medical gas.It's economical and efficient for hospital medical gas pipeline system.Main Features:*Closed box without interference;*Specially designed for automatic switch between two gas sources and used for refilling O2/N2O/N2/CO2 gas;*Designed with pressure-reduce device which maintains a stable output pressure and an emergency outlet which opens when the pressure is too high;*Both audio and light alarms turn on automatically when one of the gas sources is used up;with alarm system and remote alarming;*Open design to meet probable requirements of expansion in the future;*Designed with a pressure gauge which shows clearly the pressure of each gas source and the total pressure at the outlet;*Stainless steel diaphragm of reducer, better to control flow;*A filter device screens out all the impurities in the gas sources;*The whole system has successfully undertaken pressure tests,with sustainable supply and control circuit when power failure;*It can be applied in handling the following gases: O2/N2O/N2/CO2.*In strict accordance with Q/SVDQ 01-2005 standard (Chinese) and IEC 601-4(Medical system) standard (international).Meets NFPA99, HTM02-01 and GB50751-2012 Standard.Technical Indexes:*Rated input pressure: 15MPa/20Mpa;*Output pressure: 0.4~0.6Mpa ( adjustable from 0 to 0.6 Mpa);*Output:200m3/h;*Input/output signal: 4-20mA, 485bus communication.*Notes: Our branch factory can manufacture various styles of medical gas pipeline system products.
